The Penn Township Waste Water Treatment Plant.
The Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is a temporary emergency program to help low-income families pay overdue water/sewer bills. The program is open and will be accepting applications beginning July 10, 2023 through August 11, 2023.
