Anthracite Waste Trash Service Update

Thank you for your patience as Penn Township transitions to the new residential trash and recycling collection system.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience residents may be experiencing during this rollout.

Anthracite Waste Services is actively addressing reported concerns.
Due to a significant increase in call and email volume, response times may be delayed;
however, all messages will be returned and all delivery or toter related issues will be resolved.

• Any extra toters delivered in error will be collected.
• If you received an incorrect size, this will be corrected during the first quarter.
• If you have not yet received your cart and your collection day is approaching, please place your bagged refuse curbside and it will be collected.
• Old blue recycling bins may be repurposed for personal use or can be set out for curbside collection clearly marked “TAKE PLEASE”.

We appreciate your continued patience and cooperation as adjustments are completed.
If you experience an issue with your trash toter delivery or have questions regarding your toter,
please contact Anthracite Waste Services, LLC at 877-789-2468.
