POOL PERMIT REQUIREMENTS

Soft sided pools 30" or less tall must have a building permit inquiry form completed w/a copy of the the pool measurements which will show water capacity under 24" which won't require a permit.

Soft sided pools 30" or greater in height require a building permit and must meet current setbacks for the particular zoning district.  Also a minimum 4' fence must surround at least the pool area if the pool wall is less than 48".
