Recycling isn't just for residential homes, apartments and townhouses.  As required by Pennsylvania Act 101 and Penn Township Ordinance No. 434, businesses, industries and institutions must establish a commercial recycling program which, at a minimum, collects and recycles (1) high grade paper including white bond, typing, copier, note pad, writing, computer and other non-glossy office paper; (2) corrugated cardboard ; and (3) aluminum cans.  Businesses are encouraged to include other recycled items if possible.
